If you decided to proceed we bring in our tables, shelves & table cloths, so we can display your items in a professional, inviting manner.  We research all items, so we can price them at current market value.

Everything is cleaned & priced and beautifully staged

We advertise in the local papers, social media and through email. We have a regular following of loyal customers that are a large part of  our sales.

There are no upfront costs. All expenses are deducted from the sales proceeds. We charge an agreed to percentage for conducting your estate sale. Proceeds are paid by cashiers check about 3 days after the conclusion of the sale. Any items that don't sell  can be donated to a local charity, purchased by a auction house or left in the home.  We aslo provide clean out services, for an additional fee.

What do you need to do?

The home needs to be as tidy as possible, all personal papers, and items that will be retained, need to be removed from the home.
